This is a balance management system for large capacity series batteries. The balancer uses super capacitor as medium to realize active energy transfer balancing.
The balancer is suitable for 2-24 series batteries, with the functions of voltage acquisition and balance. When the balancer works, it transfers the energy with the equalization current of 1a (b1a24s) or 2A (b2a24s). The balancing current does not depend on the voltage difference of the cells in series in the battery pack. The single voltage acquisition range is 1 V ~ 5 V, and the accuracy is ± 5 mV. It can be applied to all kinds of batteries in the market, such as lithium iron phosphate, lithium ternary, titanate, lead-acid, etc.
The balancer has Bluetooth communication function and mobile phone APP software. The balancer can be connected through the Bluetooth of mobile phone to view the battery cell voltage, balancing status, modify parameters and other operations. The balancer is small in size and easy to carry. It can be widely used in the battery pack of small sightseeing car, scooter, sharing car, high-power energy storage, base station backup power supply, solar power station and other products. It can also be used in battery balanced maintenance, repair and other occasions.

Blance ways:energy transfer between the highest voltage string and the lowest voltage string, and only two strings can be balanced at the same time.
Balance condition:When the voltage difference exceeds the trigger value, the balancer will start automatically. The trigger value can be set by cell phone APP. When the default value is >10mv and it will be automatically opened.
